In 1989 UN-HABITAT produced 'UNCHS (1989), Co-operative Housing - A Bibliography'. This 26 page booklet covers cooperative housing in developing countries. It was published only in hardcopy as a by-product of the UN-HABITAT publication "Co-operative housing: experiences of mutual self-help" that was published in hardcopy and electronic version and is available at our web-site.
This was the first and only attempt by UN-HABITAT to produce a bibliography on cooperative housing. It only covers materials published between 1980 and 1989 and UN-HABITAT indicated (in the Introduction). ICA Housing is hoping to update this bibliography with UN-Habitat.
