The Sourcebooks were prepared by the National Confederation of Cooperatives (NATCCO) with funding by CHF Philippines in 2004. The Sourcebooks reviews the experience of the NATCCO Housing Cooperative Program in the Philippines from 1998 to 2003. Divided into five sections, the Sourcebooks also provides NATCCO cooperatives with a step-by-step guide on how to start a housing project, financial management and savings mobilization, preparing technical plans and legal documentary requirements, construction management, and project sustainability.
