Kuoni Travel Ltd. is the official accommodation agent for the ICA General Assembly 2009 and will be offering special reduced rates for accommodation.
Accommodation at special rates is available in the following category.
We strongly advise all participants to reserve their hotel accommodation as soon as possible. Kuoni Travel Ltd. will not be able to guarantee rooms after October 15, 2009.

Bookings
In order to take advantage of these special rates, please make your hotel booking using one of the following booking methods:

Reservations will only be confirmed if credit card details are fully supplied.
A deposit for 2 nights per reserved room is required to secure your hotel reservation, rooms will be assigned on a "first come, first served" basis.
Each participant will receive an individual confirmation, indicating the name and address of the hotel. The booking will be final upon receipt of the corresponding payment.
For block bookings (10 rooms and up) organisations are requested to send their request by fax or e-mail to Kuoni Travel Ltd. Different payment and cancellation policies will apply.
Personal Insurance
We recommend that all participants take out a personal travel and health insurance for their trip.
Cancellation of Accomodation
IMPORTANT: a deposit covering the two nights of your stay is required.
Please indicate the participant's name and "ICA 2009" on ALL payments.
All cancellations and modifications must be sent to Kuoni Travel Ltd. Geneva (Switzerland) in writing (fax, letter or email). Please note the following policy regarding refunds and charges for cancellations:
- Up to 45 days prior to arrival – full refund less bank charges
- Less then 45 days prior to arrival – 1 night hotel accommodation will be charged
- Less then 30 days prior to arrival – 2 nights hotel accommodation will be charged
- Less then 15 days prior to arrival – no refund.
In the event of non-arrival, the hotel will automatically release the reservation, and all payments will be non-refundable. Kuoni will charge the cost of the full reservation stay after the first day of no-show.
Early Departure Fee: Guests will be charged in full for checking out prior to the confirmed departure date.
