ICA Rules and ICA Bye-Laws

The ICA Statutes and Bye-Laws define the organisation, its structure and operating policies. The current Statutes and Bye-Laws were amended and adopted by ICA members at the General Assembly held in November 2009 in Geneva, Switzerland.
