The ICA Rules and Bye-Laws includes information on the organisational structure of ICA, information on member rights including participation, voting and procedures at ICA statutory meetings, information on member obligations including the ICA subscription formula, and procedure for withdrawal of membership. The Rules will be soon available in all ICA official languages.

| The ICA Member Directory includes the names of member organisations, their mailing addresses, telephone, fax, e-mail and website addresses, and contact persons. ICA issues the Directory on quarterly basis to ICA members in electronic version (pdf) and in print version upon request. To request your copy, please contact warner@ica.coop |

- ICA Statistical Questionnaire (pdf)

ICA asks each member of the ICA to fill in annually a statistical questionnaire to enable ICA to collect basic data on co-operatives around the world. Please download, fill in the form, and return to the ICA at warner@ica.coop

One of the benefits of membership is receving ICA publications directly and free of charge. Please contact us to ensure that recipients of your organisation to the ICA mailing list.
- Register a .coop domain name
ICA member organisations automatically qualify to own a .coop domain name. The .coop domain name enables members to clearly demonstrate their Co-operative Identity and allows consumers, other co-operatives and potential members to more easily find co-operatives on the Internet. To purchase a domain name and find out how others are using .coop domain names, see www.coop.
