Call for Hosting Proposals
International Co-operative Alliance Global Conference & General Assembly 2019
At its 2014 Meeting of Members in Québec City, Canada, The Alliance Board established a Biennial Global Conference and General Assembly Venue Selection Protocol. The protocol is a list of rules for the submission of General Assembly and global conference hosting proposals.
The Global Board at its meeting in Sofia, Bulgaria in 2017 decided that the 2019 General Assembly will be held in the Americas Region, and thus the Alliance is inviting all members in that region to submit proposals to host the conference.
To submit a proposal, please follow these steps:
1. Download and read the Global Conference Protocol
2. Download and complete the host proposal form
3. Attach the completed host proposal form to your proposal e-mail and send to email@example.com.
The deadline for proposals is 6 June 2017, 5pm Central European Time.
