The International Cooperative Alliance's Articles of Association and Bylaws define the organisation, its structure and operating policies.
The current Bylaws were adopted by ICA members at the General Assembly held in Cape Town, South Africa in 2013 and last amended at the General Assembly on 29 June 2021.
The current Articles of Association were adopted at the General Assembly held in Cape Town, South Africa in 2013 and last amended at the Extraordinary General Assembly in Brussels, Belgium in December 2019.
