2022 arrivals: ICA welcomes new member in Paraguay in June

The ICA welcomed a new member in June: Federación de Cooperativas de Producción (FECOPROD) from Paraguay.

FECOPROD is a second-tier union made up of 34 production cooperatives. Its’ objectives are to defend, offer training and technical support to primary cooperatives. The member cooperatives carry out the production, transformation and commercialization while FECOPROD carries out the technical and political procedures to facilitate these actions. Its main purpose is institutional strengthening, establishing mechanisms for the defense of the economic and social interests of its associates.
